Thanks for this review of Lila. This doll is sooo pretty. I am tempted but I try to collect only historical dolls. Her meet outfit, bracelets and hair style are super cute. I love her eyes and freckles too. I appreciate that you compared her to your other dolls. I do see a strong resemblance to Evette. Congrats and enjoy! 💕
I love all her things except the gymnastics equipment because the bar is way to small for the doll and the high bar is like the height of a low bar and it’s just too small I recommend making your own I made my own a few years ago and it only costed like 20-30 bucks and u can also make a beam for a cheaper price too
I have the truly me gymnastics set that came out in 2013, and I think it works perfectly! I wish the bars were uneven though because that would be cool
She’s a beautiful doll! I think she looks most like Evette. I’m not planning on getting her and I really don’t like anything in her collection, it all reads very young to me. My folks are high schoolers or older so this type of fashion doesn’t do it for me.
I think she looks most like Rebecca, but that won’t be stopping me from getting her. My Rebecca stays historical while Lila is modern. I love the orange romper on her!
I was going but on Friday we were involved in a car accident and that ended the playing in Chicago, my damaged car did get it to a family member’s home, my insurance was great to arrange the rental car and the tow to get my car to a shop and we, my daughter-in-law didn’t get to play dolls. The Chicago police officers were great, and the traffic cameras will help my insurance company see what actually happened. And I ordered my Lila today and a few other items but was disappointed to find Hollyhock was sold out.
