A MASSIVE RANT ABOUT SHIT golden age for games for me was 1999 to 2010 before microtransactions and shit and when valve released games plus every game back then had been worked on for years where as nowadays they release a cod every year or just release a unfinished game and sell it for 60 dollars and well this year ubisoft they released 4 assassins creeds back then they would spend years on each game for example ac1 came out in 2007 then its sequel ac2 came out in 2009 and today they just released 4 ac games wtf they should go back to all way of making games like what GTA still does where they work on a title for 5 years and make a masterpiece which in turn gives them billions of dollars and they probably made more on gta v then those 4 acs put together and those 4 acs are all spin offs sure gta makes spin offs but in all of the games that they make they continue the story or explain something in the game about the main story ac doesn't anymore its just really quickly put together shit who's gonna buy all 4 acs each retailed at around 60 each and they all look shit plus why would they one of them in victorian london that's a really boring time period in english history i mean all you got then is child slavery and a industrial revolution i mean if they kept it in victorian times but not in london tho they should of put it during the opium wars cause that would be cool to see your guy high on opium fighting a bunch of asians or pirates you know what would be even cooler if you could choose your faction you could be the asians, pirates or even the british there's a lot of interesting things going on in that period but cotton mills and romance stuff that's more of a 40 year old girls thing what i don't understand is they finally got it right with ships and now they removed that there downgraded version of ac unity, rouge was way better than unity because it had ships and you were the templars as well and besides i don't really care who i play as but it has to be fun i mean com on ubisoft they used to be cool i thought they could be the next rockstar who so far haven't made a game that i hate but it looks like ubisoft will finally be the next EA. they could return to the lightside i do believe there is still good in them i think all that goodness should leave and go make a new company and leave ubisoft to rot away just like what Disney's done to lucasarts apart from they gave it to the devil of gaming wow disneys the devil of film and EA are devils of gaming. fuck u ubisoft go suck EAs dick
