Back in the 90's when I was going through machining school as a CNC project I made cube pieces out of aluminum. And yes it did turn. Not too good but it does turn.

Hunter Bruyere No and yes. MoYu uses YJ's factory, but it has it's own designers and sub-brands. And even if it is counted as one, him calling a YJ Cube a MoYu cube is the same thing as someone calling the GTS2 a Mofang Jiaoshi cube. MFJS is a sub-brand of MoYu, therefore a part of MoYu, but the GTS2 is still a MoYu cube and not a MFJS cube.

You’re right. 4x4’s are hard to get right. My main is not the best (Qiyi thunderclap mini). I am not a good big cuber. Big cubes never satisfy me either. Either it is too slow, gummy, loose, tight, or the stickers are bad, etc.

I know im late but for the mesh you can cut one side and attach velcro to it and the bag so the mesh opens up as a flap.

2x2- old plastic Dayan will probably get a xinghen M soon though 3x3- I switch between my valk 3, gan air UM, and my super old cubicle meiying which for some reason let's me solve on easier with competition stress. 4x4- Guansu, waiting for the gan 4x4 to see if I want that more than a wuque M 5x5- shengshou (I don't do 5x5) No 6x6 7x7-Wuji (I don't do 7x7 either)

My "mains" for those are just plain MoYu ones.

Inspiration. I’m still a beginner in the cubing world. As I get to know all the algorithms, methods and permutations. So far I have the Dayan Zhanchi 2x2, GAN 249 V 2M, QiYi Valk 2, GAN 356 Air Master, QiYi Valk 3 Mini & GAN 460M. It’s become very addicting, and uplifting. My main 2x2 is the Valk 2.

Farrel Radithya cool :) It was my first speedcube and im using it as my main since i got it. It wasnt that good out of the box but it got better and better. Its very smooth now, fast, light and has full corner cutting. Some people dislike the flexibility but i think its just right, probably because i have one of the newer cores.

if you know 2 look oll on 3x3 Ortega will be extremely easy to learn. i recommend watching CrazyBad’s video. I just learned it last week and already average 8s. Good luck!

I average 3-4 with random algs and no real optimizations (lol), you can be relatively fast with the random stuff methods on 2x2 because it's mostly luck based and you can learn from the lucky solves

I just do whatever alg i feel like for the last layer of 2x2. I average about 5 seconds. If i actually learned how to do it i would be faster. But i don't care about speed cubing. I like FMC. My best is 16 moves. Which is pretty good because the magic number is 11 or 14, one of the two.

my mains are for 3x3 a rubix brand yes a rubix brand but I've had it for so long that it corner cuts like crazy so yea for 4x4 I use a stickerless QiYi skube im not sure piraminx is a moyo i don't know how to spell it.
