An INEC official declines to submit the election results from a polling place in Lagos State's illupeju neighborhood.
Before stating that she intends to upload at a police station, she originally insisted on not doing so.
She continued by saying that her boss had directed her to refrain from uploading the results to the INEC portal.
The unit was won by the Labour Party with 55 votes, while the APC received only 8 votes.
