I remember seeing the Dr. On a TV show several years ago, she is an amazing woman. I have not had a child that needed special help but I have always kept the information that I hear that could help someone and pass it on. Like your book .
My son is 5. He was non-verbal until he was 4. We had him in early intervention from 18 months. He now has so many words. We now have potty training and academics as a goal. He has an aversion to the alphabet and anything school related. He is terrified of using the potty. ABA is not permitted to help with anything in these categories, unfortunately.
