Thank you, Carys! It's so great to see all the aspects of service that take place on Mercy Ships. I've always been so drawn to the real-life stories of Christians working together as a serving community, and Mercy Ships are such a beautiful example we can all learn from. Praying for all who will serve and all who will come to be served, and all who are watching.
Allora thank you for watching and for your wonderful comment, seeing the love of Jesus at work in tangible ways has been one of my greatest joys as well -- what takes our faith from and informational to transformational experience! Thank you for your prayers and support --they are deeply valued!
Morgan! I love what you're doing! I've always loved feeding people myself... there's something so heartwarming about it, isn't there? Feeding the body and soul is the best! I've always served comfort food... a far cry from your fine dining... and the largest group I've fed was probably 100-150 people, but just once a week. I would have loved to work in that amazing kitchen! I gotta add.... I can't remember not knowing your grandmother Susan, and I knew your great-grandparents as well. It's awesome watching you carry on their legacy of serving God. Susan's Facebook post is how I found your video. God bless you Girl! I'm so impressed with your gifts and proud of you for using them the way you do. 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
Thanks so much for making this video! And the story of Morgan was super inspirational, ´cooking for Jesus internationally´ love it😂 you´re in my prayer!🙏
Hey Carys thank you I appreciate your videos because it helped me to know more about Mercyships before working there. I'm a senegalese daycrew on the GLM in ward department.
Hello Biba, so glad these videos could be useful and thank you so much for all your wonderful work onboard, we couldn't do what we do without you and are so happy to have you on the team!
Great to see the Global Mercy Galley. Spent 5 years in and running the Anastasis galley and the improvements are amazing! Morgan have a great field service and greatings to Clementine.
Nigel, when were you on the Anastasis? We must have crossed paths if it was after 94 when my parents brought me onboard! And thanks for watching and for all you did for the Ana galley and crew back in the day!
Loved seeing familiar faces… Martha, Clementine, your Momma!!! And meeting Morgan was great! Thanks for sharing and making us feel a part of the Mercy Ships world! 🤗🫶🏼🚢
Aww thanks for your support and for watching --once a mercy shipper always a mercy shipper so glad you could feel at home with us even through the screen! AND so glad you could see some familiar faces --all great women!!
So glad this video popped up in my feed! Carys, it’s so lovely to see what you’re doing now. I did Morgan’s job in the military and military/civilian contract afterwards and I have to say, she’s impressive. Her galley is amazing! She does such a hard job. All my love to the both of you!
I am so glad it did as well, your compliment goes a long way with your background! The Galley team really does do an incredible job --and so cool to hear a little about your Galley adventures!
Buffy! So great to hear from you and thanks for watching my wee videos :) Wish you could have been there too for some coffee and chatting, miss our days on the Anastasis !
Hi again Rianne, we have such a wonderful hospitality team I am sad I ran out of time to interview and follow them around for the day. Will definitely keep them on my list for whenever I go back though!
