Love your videos! I am on the fence of switching to Nikon with the z8 and your videos really convince me. There are really no videos out there were real creatives use the camera on some real world cases. We nice Color grading and shots. Are you using a gimbal for some of the moving tracking shots?

First off, I'd like to apologize for not getting back to your comment sooner. I was traveling for the holidays and it slipped my mind. Thank you for the kind words though. I got my first Z6 back in 2019 and I have been with Nikon ever since. I have taken my fair share of judgement over using Nikon, but I have always been happy with the results and the way that Nikon has been progressing with the Z cameras. I know there are other people out there that are interested, so I am doing my best to share my experience with the cameras to help other people understand how good they are and why they might be worth it. As far as shooting technique goes, my wife and I use gimbals 90% of the time when shooting a wedding. We also shoot almost everything in 4k 60fps as well as in N-Log and 10-bit so we have more control when color grading in post. We will interpret our footage to 24fps so that the 60fps becomes slow motion. So slow motion combined with stabilized footage is what gives us that smooth footage. The only time that we shoot in 24fps is during the ceremony and parts of the reception depending on what is going on. So that footage can be a little more of that handheld look which gives those shots a different feel from some of the others. Hope that answered your question!
