Armando, 4 years ago, I commented saying that my university course posts links to your videos as a way of effectively summarising points. I'm commenting again to say that it's still doing it. That's how I got to this video!
CORRECTION TO YOUR VIDEO: basophils are important in allergy and inflammation/sensitivity, whereas eosinophils are important in allergies and parasitic infections.

Just wanted to ask if Mast Cells are only found in the tissue and not circulating blood. I always though that Basophils circulate in the blood and become Mast Cells when fixed in tissue.
Basophils and Mast Cells are not homologous because Mast Cells are not derived from the Myeloblast Progenitor Lineage where Basophils are derived from. Mast Cells are native to tissue and are rarely found circulating in blood. Basophils are inherently larger and are native to the blood rather than connective tissue.
Is there a way to get access to your drawings? maybe through a patreon page? it would save lots of time when trying to draw these out for my notes :) but if not, thank you anyways! very thankful for your contribution to my knowledge.
