Thank you so much for giving print settings for those if us that don't have a Sawgrass printer!!! Also for your reply about testing with just black ink to make sure printer is laying down enough ink.

They just released the new SG500 and SG1000 printers. They will be arriving here for me to test next week and I will be covering it extensively!

How long does the foil last on the t-shirt. I've done with the siser adhesive before and the foil fades pretty quickly...

Tried using the forever subli light paper with the setting you gave but it does not work when I peel it warm its hard to peel and it comes off patchy what do you think im doing wrong

Do your first couple of prints with just black colors to get the process down. It could be that you are using colors that are not laying down enough ink to get the process to work.

When you lift the hot stamping foil off the shirt after it's been pressed and cooled, how does it come off so easily that you can do it with one hand? When I do it, the foil is completely stuck to the design. When I pick up the foil, the shirt comes with it. Plus, the foil lifts the design off the shirt at sharp corners and small pieces so that there are missing pieces of foil.
