Girl take care of yourself, I know you are and your trying but this reminds me when I was burnout went to counseling and discovered it was because of ADHD, all this time, (not saying you are not trying to diagnose you AT ALL) but at that time I had to remind myself to take it easy. So I can imagine how hard that is in law school. I had to delete my socials and give my brain some REST. Look up some tips for burnout and apply it. Even if its the littlest thing, those little things help.
@@zoelolaaa lol good, I was just concerned because I know with all the awareness everyone is trying to diagnose someone without knowing them or being a actual doctor lol. But I'll def say reach out to a counselor if you can even if its just for stress, anxiety or whatever you may be dealing with. Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body if not more important. Mental health is the law profession is devastingly bad and even worse for Black women. My motto is I can't help anyone if I can't help myself. I pray you have better days to come ❤
