The age old saying that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure is so true in today's modern world. Many of my clients are dealing with diseases that could have been prevented through dietary and lifestyle adjustments. Once people are sick, the changes that have to take place are much more aggressive, which is why I'm a firm believer that prevention is so, so important!
