@@rickgriffin1953 not much to discuss yet. Satterfield didn’t have much to say on Tuesday. We will hear from Rhule on Thursday, and he’ll get asked about it. But don’t expect him to be able to play early this season after arriving after preseason camp.
@LockedOnNebraska had really hoped you guys would have the skinny on the guy. I heard he enrolled and walked into the Osborne Legacy complex and said I want to play. What's the real deal. Surely you have someone that could tell us how this came to be. While he may not play until week 4-5, he is eligible to play right away. Full us in guys. Let's Gooooo GBR ☠️☠️☠️☠️
Dear Huskers: I don't care where you play, who you play or when you play but no screwing around. Play nasty. Make the other team pay and not want to be there. Nasty. Every play every game
Guys, if anything about Dylan is characteristic about him in the pocket, he’s prone to hanging in there too long. I hope he breaks that habit quickly. He’s probably going to get his bell rung against Purdue or Rutgers, if he doesn’t learn quickly.
I feel like being paired up with the offense that lead the nation in turnovers kind of off-sets that a little bit. Detractors want to point out the offenses they were going against, but don't want to give them credit for constantly being on the field in terrible positions because they had an offense that handed the ball away like Halloween candy.
Nebraska made the biggest upgrade in John Butler. Nebraska ranked 121st vs the pass last year. Had we been top 50 we would have had a top 5 defense. Our back end was the weak spot. I think John Butler gets it. Coop was a GREAT recruiter and miner of talent. Found diamonds everywhere. Development was the weak spot. Butler will fix it. Nebraska has a top 5 defense in 24. Bet the house. LFG GBR ☠️☠️☠️☠️
This is currently just a nothing burger IMO: During his time at temple, he DID beat a top 25 Memphis team, had a 1 score loss to top 10 ND, and lost in the AAC title game to Houston 2017 Baylor, who was awful recovering from the scandal, went 0-4 against ranked teams, two of which were 1 score games 2018 Baylor went 0-4 with 1 1 score loss still recovering from scandal 2018 Baylor only played 3 ranked teams, Oklahoma who they barely lost to twice, and Georgia in the bowl game after Rhule left 2023 Nebraska, as we know, should’ve beat Iowa. Michigan we’re the champions. Colorado had Jeff Sims as a double agent. And he was rebuilding a broken program. He will beat a ranked team.
Wow if Nebraska football team was so good on the defensive side of the ball.. they couldn't stop nobody going down the last 5 games of the 2023 year... they gave up 36 points against the Colorado buffaloes by the score of 36-14,.. lost to Minnesota 13-10 in the opener
That's so open ended statement. While Nebraska had a 11th ranked defense, we ranked 121st in pass defense. Butler will fix that. Guaren fucking teed. Vs the puffs? 2nd game of the season in an entirely new scheme. Had Jeff Sims had not given away the ball every possession, our run game was working. 3 turn overs inside the 50, 2 inside the 40 and 1 inside the 20? All points gifted to the turd balls. Now, add in the time the defense spent back on the field? The puffs got away with one. This team has a minimum decent if not great eliteqb, weapons outside, inside, run game. A truly elite defense. This is not a Scott Frost team. Coaches all with NFL experience. Nebraska will win some games and surprises a lot of people. 💯❗️ FACTS
@@carlosgordan2856 "they couldn't stop nobody going down the last 5 games" Clown our last 5 games the defense gave up 14,20,13,24(OT),13 points. That's with our offense turning the ball over 16 times in those 5 games.
