Normally can’t be injected but the partition deed contains a clause for pre emotion the divided Co sharer can be injected while filing a pre emotive suit shangarmurali advocate

My sister and myself are joint owners of a house property in chennai.She had written an inland letter in 1997 that she will take the rear side and build a house there .25 years iam in exclusive posession of the entire property.Now can i ask to execute a partition as per that inland letter.Please give your honest opinion.
