Last week had a box of Rivarossi and Jouef models to identify for a local dealer and this has helped to work out exactly what we have, many thanks. Brian.
You didnt say what ones were used on the Orient Express? Unless i missed it.. I have just bought an SNCF and wish to know what coaches are correct for the typical Paris to Istanbul or similar service. I understand that one dining car , 2 sleepers and 2 baggage cars is right?
@@sncf231e thanks. What dining/ restaurant cars and baggage cars are correct please? I nearly made the mistake of buying a used night ferry set the other day as its difficult for a newb to find his way. It's a shame there does not appear to be any new orient express HO scale coaches on the market..
@@Danthehorse The baggage cars are the 6 door type; I assume you do H0? RivaRossi has these cars. The RivaRossi restaurant cars are also good, or similar cars from LS Models. See my e-book paragraph 4.2.1.3: sncf231e.nl/ciwl-carriages-by-fredsmall/
