Reading the comments, it seems to be boring when the technician takes the time needed to do the job gently. I had no idea that extractions had to follow certain bpm to satisfy the viewers. I thought it was about doing the best for the customer...

Not being overly insensitive but as someone who still has acne at almost 40& had terrible oily skin as a teen, let me say that when you don’t completely clear the pore and content is left inside, they have to essentially re-extract that same pore until its fully empty. The need for more surgical methods are due to a pore closing over the blemish. There’s no way to do that super gently….strategic pressure is key. Please make sure all of the content is out before moving on 😌.
Adult acne is different from teenage acne. Please try Aveeno positively radiant to was you face daily. Then there is medication: Spirolactone to control breakouts. I'm doing well at 60+ with mine

Those were really good extractions. Very thorough. I’m guessing he previously had cystic acne and this is what has helped. It’s almost like you got out the core of these! Great work
Great work, as always. Hey viewers..... a deeper needle stick generally helps to get to the bottom without so much squeezing, which lm told hurts more.
The squeeze generally hurts more than the needle. It is better to go deeper with the needle. Also, although many viewers complain about blood, blood may be necessary to empty the pore.

This technique was perfect. The needle was straight up and down and just the very tip poked into the skin. That is all that is needed to achieve the results and no skin was ripped and no blood vessels (capillaries) torn. Thanks for a great video.

Also when someone pokes into a pore they don't actually go outside of the contents to be extracted, so they probably don't even feel anything, except when they squeeze.
it's actually a really tiny needle use for subcutaneous injections. looks heaps bigger on camera, so the perspective is thrown off. as long as its a fresh, sharp needle the pain isn't too bad 😊🙏🏻
Yeah I'm sorry, but for you ppl who say it don't hurt, you need your brains examined....ever accidentally stuck a pin in while sewing... imagine doing that over and over... and after a while your nerves actually become hyper sensitive to pain so you feel it more....

I looked at other videos here and they are all different... Tools used are different, some are blades, some needles, some like Hien syringe with needle...Techniques are different as well. Usually each of them have their own style. I think that these are all stolen videos... P.S. At first I was excited as well.

She makes sure to get all the bad out of pores and even has almost all the technology equipment and skin care products that most dermatologists in US have. If there are huge holes, she uses machine to patch them and speed up healing process

This could have been a really good video if someone would provide gloves that fit. I've had to make 'do' once or twice when we ran out of small gloves, please whoever is buying your gloves they come in several sizes. If you can afford giving your techs the right equipment it makes for a better product.
Yeah its good at first glance but after the first squeeze two fingers with gauze and a 2nd or third squeeze would do the trick! You see it in the beginning wen she squeezes one near the other!
These type of videos are extremely zoomed in. Leave you device where it is and back up tell the size of your finger matches in size. You are now seeing what they see. My 10x mirror does not get even this close. So please keep this in mind when watch these type of videos.
I’m beginning to wonder if some of the commentators are watching the same video as me! This therapist is one of the most thorough and persistent I have seen on UTube. She does not stop squeezing until the pore is clear and works methodically clearing one area at a time. I don’t see how anyone could expect more. 🥰 Well done and wishes to the therapist from a Granny in Scotland 🥰
