В 93 году по такому принципу я укоротил мост газ 51под двигатель т 25 с газоновской КПП. До первого рывка. В выигрыше только токарь.

Отличный ремонт полуоси, говорю как водитель с сорокалетним стажем!!! Так делали(не все правда) настоящие специалисты - в СССР!!! Теперь после сварки, термическая обработка - отжиг - закалка - отпуск!!!

наверное это самая некачественная работа которую я видел! количество косяков просто зашкаливает за все разумные пределы!

So many things done wrong! Where do you start?? NEVER trust that axle on a public roadway!!! No matter, customer will overload the truck again & the axle will snap right at the inside weld!

Perhaps the most important lesson is that if the result looks good, that means nothing. A lot of time is spent on making things look smooth and shiny. Too bad that time wasn’t spent on making it stronger. Or at the very least, paint in the windshield “max load 5 tons”. Or better yet “DANGER”

こんなのすぐ壊れておしまいだよ。 ネジ切ったって、何の周り止めにもならないんだから、まだ圧入の方がマシ。結局は溶接でくっつけただけの強度しか無い。 スプライン切るなら分かるけど、ネジ切ったのは無意味。
