Отличный ремонт полуоси, говорю как водитель с сорокалетним стажем!!! Так делали(не все правда) настоящие специалисты - в СССР!!! Теперь после сварки, термическая обработка - отжиг - закалка - отпуск!!!
So many things done wrong! Where do you start?? NEVER trust that axle on a public roadway!!! No matter, customer will overload the truck again & the axle will snap right at the inside weld!
What about cutting away where the "hub centric" wheel is supposed to ride. Also, cutting away and/or not measuring the seal surface against the back of the flange.
Man, These dudes get stuff done, Hats off to them for that. At least that vehicle will move again. How long? They have HUGE faith in that 3 jaw chuck. What is the T.I.R. on that?
Perhaps the most important lesson is that if the result looks good, that means nothing. A lot of time is spent on making things look smooth and shiny. Too bad that time wasn’t spent on making it stronger. Or at the very least, paint in the windshield “max load 5 tons”. Or better yet “DANGER”
Hubiera quedado más fuerte si le hicieras un buje al platillo en la parte exterior con una cuña y unas décima de apriete y lo metías a precion y usaras soldadura en la parte de afuera solamente para que no parta Coelho calentamiento
