They have their own lives, with school, family and etc. Sure it would be nice for them to react to a lot of groups, but if they don't then that's just how it is. Watch other reactions of it then. They could easily react to less than 10 groups (ones they like), is that bad? No, it's just their preference, and they can react to those groups only if they wanted. They could easily be watching videos off-camera, not everything is recorded. BTS is their ult Kpop group, and if they mainly react to them, then that's just how THEIR channel runs.
