Im usually a silent watcher. But what you said about how people used to pick on you because the state of your house REALLY got me angry, like, what do you care! She ia still clean, the place is not rotting with bugs, just a little messy! Thank you for keep pushing and keep posting. You are like my big sister, only 2-3 years older 😂 that says to me that life is sometimes messy and bad but it can change and you can still love life. Being 29, single, living with my parents and looking for a job is not easy when everyone around you is gettin married and having kids and yada yada. And then you tell me "its allright" and you know? Seeing your "messy" apartment was very relatable to me. I am a messy person - not dirty, I'm pretty clean - but I am messy. I am also busy! My space doesn't need to be perfectly tidy for me, and it almost never is, and that's okay - it works for me. It was refreshing to see someone else who is like yep my space is messy. I also wanted to say you are such a good cat mom! I am a vet and all your kind comments about the vet and staff warms my heart and I am sure it warms their hearts too!

Not a comments person, but wanted to say that your hair looks incredible at that length! I've been wearing my hair short like that for since college and I love it. Also, you're doing amazing! You're one of the few creators I wholeheartedly enjoy because I find you relatable; I don't walk away feeling judged or comparing myself, you only encourage others to be themselves by modeling it through your own life.

Hamburger bun as hot dog bun is some real ISH 😂😂 like top tier! And people need to let go of the "aesthetic" lifestyle that is polluting social media right now. Real life is having a lived in apartment because DUH you LIVE there. It's your space and you definitely don't need explain it to people. If they don't like they can keep it moving. Just keep pushing through ❤

Oh! Get litterbox mats. They have two layers, the top is perforated. You surround the boxes with them so the cats step on them when they jump out. They collect litter from their feet so you can easily pour it back into their boxes. That and a litter genie (a smell containing trash/litter bin) and you will have 90% less hassle with litter, at least.

Cat tummies are notoriously delicate but extremely resilient. You're doing great as a cat mom!

What I LOVE about you is how REAL you are. Those who have "perfect" homes are so fake, and quite cringy. And i love that you also love to journal. I've been journaling since I was a kid too! Now I'm in my late 30s, and have indeed kept all my journals. And my cats, especially my one cat. He brings me a lot of peace. Love your babies! We're all a little mad here anyway. 🤪💙

As a very very pale girl who is also low-maintenance and doesn't really care about tanning, but wants to get tan every once in awhile to build a bit of confidence..... *takes a deep breath in lol* LOVING TAN brand is the absolute best. It has something in it that gives you an olive undertone and is anti-orange. I get the 2-hour express in Medium or Dark, put it on before bed, sleep in it, and wash it off in the morning and it just gives you an olivy sun-kissed look without being too dark. GOOD LUCK! lol

As far as mental health, spending time with friends, spending more time on beauty as I too am pretty low maintenance, deep breathing, and I i recently took a break from coffee to help me sleep.

My favorite summer feeling is when it’s OVER! I live in Southern California in the high desert (elevation about 2,300 feet) and it is HOT 🥵 here!! It cools off some at night but the days are unbearable! So I always love when fall rolls around. It’s lovely! 😊

first time viewer. You were on my suggested page. I liked this! Its real, its vulnerable, its your life. I am allergic to cats but they are so cute! You asked "what have you been doing to cope". I have been a daily meditator since 2017. For some reason I needed something for random anxiety. Its helped me tremendously. That and crystals. Yoga, Meditation and being "mindful" is really where its at as you approach your 40's. 20's were messy, and still figuring out who I "was", would never want to repeat. 30's I was like yah! I am comfortable and this is great. Then the 40's came.. (cue the jaws music). Its a different would as you approach (or get deeper into) perimenopause! So many new "things" to deal with. anyways, I look forward to binge watching more of you content! Thank you!

I have no affiliation with the company, but as a 30-year cat owner, Wellness Core grain-free kibble (we use indoor formula) made a HUGE difference. No issues with digestion, skin, teeth, etc. We previously spent an insane amount on vet bills and have had healthy cats for 6 years now.

My male cat had diarrhea for a while and it turned out to be a sensitivity to his food. Took a sample to my vet for testing and they found nothing wrong but he still kept doing it. Did some research on common ingredients in cat foods (phosphates, oils, gums such as guar gum, carrageenans, etc) and ended up going with Orijen wet food (they have a kitten formula 😊) and stopped feeding dry food cause it can be too much for them to digest. He took a while to start liking it but now he loves it and I haven’t had problems since! Little guy could just have a sensitivity to something in the food. Maybe if he doesn’t stop you could try a new food? It’s pricey, but cheaper than vet visits down the line! Best of luck and hope kitty is feeling better! On another note: the haircut looks SO good!

thank you for sharing what life actually is with us. it somehow helps me not put too push pressure on myself when it comes to building the life I want and reminds me that sometimes things get messy in the process. And that's okay. That realistic view on life helps me not beat myself up when things don't go my way, but simply allow them to slowly unfold and trust the process. The information about you journaling basically your whole life was 😮 soo surprising. I envy you! I wish I had that patience and had memories of all my life written down. Journalling is a great tool for mental health too ❤

Hi! If the doctors don’t find anything, chances are that your cat might be sensitive to the protein you’re feeding him. My cats were allergic to chicken, and I had no idea in the beginning, and they had diarrhea. Couldn’t figure out why. Turns out they’re very sensitive to chicken and once I switched to turkey and fish they stopped having issues. Look at the ingredients and make sure it says limited ingredient on the label when you’re trying this out. I recommend Merrick or Weruva (fish). You’d be surprised how some cans will be labeled fish and still have chicken in it 😅

Please don’t let other people‘s negativity influence you. Your home is not dirty, it’s just a little messy sometimes and I love seeing it. Your channel has been so authentic and comforting and you show the real side of life. I can relate to you in many ways and it’s comforting to know that i am not alone with some struggles. As long as the state of your home isn’t a danger to you or your cats, it’s all good. Plus, you always got on top of it eventually. Do your thing. You have shown how capable you are of taking care of three lives. Your cats seem to be fully comfortable at your apartment and you do too. ❤

Definitely take your vet's advice. I'm not a vet but wanted to share my experience with a cat that had intermittent IBD. 100% pure canned pumpkin mixed in with food can sometimes help bind the poops. It's also helpful for the opposite with constipated poops. I always have a can on hand. Happy you enjoyed Coney Island - it's a fun beach to visit with lots to do! I'm obsessed with the original Love Island UK on Hulu. I didn't even realize there was a US version. Those cats sure hit the jackpot! Lastly, that haircut is everything on you!

A number of years ago, my rescue kitty would have violent bouts of vomiting and constipation. A vet I met off the cuff recommended Forti-flora, and I couldn't believe how much it helped. I mixed it with her smushy food and she ate it right up. Her vomiting substantially improved for the rest of her life. My hypothesis is that her microbiome was off kilter from going from a diet of wild prey and garbage to ultra-clean commercial cat food, and "bad" bacteria took over without any competition. Another life hack is to get puppy pads and lay them under the perimeter of your litter boxes (tuck the edges under the box. This will catch any accidents, kick-over litter and extra litter still on their paws. Makes life easier!

Journaling is SO GOOD for thought clarity! I don't journal much, but when I'm trying to make decisions or things are happening that I can't quite process, I journal. It gets my real feelings about stuff out and I can move forward. You're such a good cat Mama and it sounds like you have found some great vets.

Love this channel!! I deal with anxiety and (infrequent) depression. I find that mental health is really fluid. Prayer helps me a lot, but also learning how to set boundaries with unkind and pushy people. I am learning it is better to have an awkward moment of boundary setting than to let myself suffer indefinitely. And the AUDACITY of people to criticize, but I liked your question of "Why is that triggering for you?" Wish you and your little family all the best!

Deli has settled in so well and is so comfortable and happy being with you and part of your family! I love it! Commenting on vlogs is way out of my comfort zone. I have silently watched vlogs for years now, but I’ve been trying to step out of my comfort/safe zone a little more and comment here and there. A few things I do for my mental health are, trying to take walks and change up my scenery. This is not always easy as I have hyper mobility syndrome and so I always have joint pain and muscle aches as well as feeling exhausted quite often. This can send me into a pattern of depression and anxiety and it can be difficult to manage. I also like taking pictures of flowers, butterflies and other bugs. It’s something that can really help me get out of my own head and I find it brings me joy to do. My cats help me EO much as well. They just provide so much love and affection as well as amusement with their curiosity and silliness. I love them to pieces! And my constant is music. Music has always been such an escape and so therapeutic for me. Sending Gordo and Deli lots of love from me and my four kitties 🙋🏻‍♀️😺😽😸😻
