An update from Moana's ika (fish) team during COVID-19 

We thought we’d check in and sgive you an update on what changes we’ve made to keep everyone safe.
We are in a privileged position to be classified as an essential service which requires us to continue to provide quality kaimoana and kai ora to help feed the nation. We’re currently providing fresh fish to My Food Bag customers and supermarkets across Aotearoa.
The Ministry for Primary Industries conducted an audit of Moana New Zealand under COVID-19 protocols to review all the mitigating measures, protocols and processes that we have initiated to create a safe environment for our Moana whānau. We are pleased to let you know MPI has given Moana New Zealand official approval to continue to operate and has confirmed we are providing a safe working environment.
We would like to thank you for your ongoing support. We are dedicated to preparing and providing kaimoana and kai ora to the highest hygiene standards possible and are honoured to be able to serve our community.
