It’s very similar to when mafia guys starting becoming rats. Before the drug trade, general racketeering carried short sentences in prison of a few years. Those guys could do that and come out with some street cred. But the penalties for drug convictions were decades in prison. No mafia guy can do that hard time so they all started becoming rats. With divorce laws today if the husband is a defendant, meaning the wife files first which happens 90% of the time, he will lose 75% of his wealth to alimony and child support and unless he’s a very high income earner become destitute. With consequences that harsh, there’s an increasing rate of husbands killing their wives or murder suicides…

If the husband is a defendant, meaning the wife files first which happens 90% of the time, she can request that the defendant pay her attorney fees. So the husband will be paying someone who is actively looking to remove as much money, property, and parental rights from him as possible and also paying someone to defend him from that. The result is usually a 75% loss of his wealth bc of a divorce. Think about your income right now and carve out 75%. Now you know why these guys are offing their wives…

There is a trash incineration facility nearby his moms that burns same day trash to generate electricity and I read there had been speculation that he went there also.

If your wife stays at home to look after your kids, or even if her career suffers because she does most of the work around kids, giving her financial compensation is the right thing to do, is it not? When you abandon your kids, providing for them financially is also the right thing to do, is it not? If money matters more to you than loved ones, then please do the world a favour and stay single.

I believe she was the bread winner. He was up on fraud charges and could have gone to jail for it.
