@@petervannini1232 Certainly they do, otherwise it would be illogical to take them. Specially effective for muscle recovery, growth and general athletic performance. Also it has been shown to increase Minimum Effective Volume and increase Maximum Recoverable Volume in strength-based protocols, but it is fair to suppose (depending on what and how much you take) that you can extrapolate that to pretty much any sport or workout. Of course you shouldn't take steroids without the supervision of a specialist (or at all for that matter, except when prescribed), but they are called "performance enhancing drugs" for some reason.

Qwas thats what I mean, of course they have “benefits” but I wouldn’t call them “positive effects” this they will most of the time if not always be accompanied by those health issues

@@petervannini1232 it doesn't matter what you would call them, they are effects that are positive, hence "positive effects". You don't need to deny the fact that they exist in order to argue that one shouldn't take them. Also, the bad (and good effects) are highly dependant on what and specially how much you take. "Steroids" can mean very different compounds that have different side effects and whatnot. It's like saying anti-depressants don't have positive effects because they are accompanied by negative side effects.

@@mk11fan87 cause theres bad side affects man. I know people that do it too and they have ager issues, health problems and all sorts of stuff man. If you choose to then go ahead but I don't recommend them from what I've seen. Just lookin out for you bro but u can do what u want

From what I’ve researched he used them for a few months when he was really young but the main reason he needed surgery because how he ate when he was training he was nicknamed the garbage man in cafes and takeaways because he would ask them to make a stew out all the odd bits left and food that fell on the floor that was probably a big factor

@@wind5264 read Arnold’s biography. He hides nothing. What he took, how much he took, it’s all there. His heart problem was more then likely genetic and lifestyle. Steroids would not help but not the direct cause.
