Behringer AD400 is very good, it has a 3205 reproduction BBD chip inside, the echo has very analog sound, warm and rich enough for my ears, no big difference with DM-3. But still Roland DC-20 is much better since both dry/wet sound are more clear, crisp and rich, I think the differences are coming from amplifire circuit inside, not from BBD chip.
