SNPnexus is an online analytical platform able to streamline complex data analysis and connect information from different sources allowing for the prioritisation of variant panels associated with disease. It can be used by researchers without any programming expertise allowing web-based analysis of different data input and providing output formats including filtering and interactive visualisations summarising the results for easy and quick inspection.
