13:00 this phillipines round camera quality has like a yellowish tinge to it, reminds me of what a lot of older mexico coverage was. Makes sense it would be one of the main islands if it's older coverage. I was immediately thinking north for no real reason except it seemed a bit drier to me, monsoonal recent rain notwithstanding, and I've seen some very dry rounds in the far north. Just googling the rainfall map it seems there is a rainshadowed center axis of Luzon, which is indeed where this loc was, and the rainiest part is the east
