Wrong. USA never claims SCS or any of their bases as their territory. CCP does.

Cambodia is not a territory lol however they’re being strategic in who their friends are. They are friends with South Korea and Japan too. China has over 1 billion people that’s a lot of spending power. The US and west doesn’t invest in Cambodia as much at all, however China is investing in frontier markets because they see potential
