You should watch nitro play cell he spams perfect attack and wins and he played against legendary pred last week and he couldn't do anything it was hard to watch

Great analysis man, i absolutely love this character. One thing though : his B assist is ACTUALLY A neutral assist. It’s fast af and you can just toy around, call it and since it s fast and gives you a wall bounce then it s pretty easy to confirm !

Real Cell mains know how many things destroyed/traded with EX perfect attack prior to this change... he UNIRONICALLY NEEDED IT great video Cloudy Boy edit: Cell's A assist covers behind you in the corner so your opponent trying to vanish out of pressure will get destroyed for it.. Cell’s lvl1 being invincible makes perfect sense lol it’s a barrier, 17’s lvl1 barrier and S broly’s lvl1 barrier are also invincible so same logic applies

Problem with the perfect attack is not the invisibility, the problem is that it's not very punishable on block unlike many DP-style moves (or if it's consistently punishable I haven't found the way to do it yet).

its -1 on block and gives you an unreactable 3 way mixup if you call an assist
