Sorry it's too difficult for all reactions by text.... You can refer to the standard IS 1493 or metallurgical analysis book written by Jain & Agarwal.... Coming to your question. We are doing FeO by the absence of oxygen so we generate CO2 gas inside so we use sodium carbonate or sodium bi carbohydrate..... hopefully you get it .....

Thanks for answer, usually we have some Fe2O3 and Fe3O4 together I did not see any sample with 100% magnetite or hematite iron just in crm, so I think the reason for using sodium carbonate is to initially produce CO2 gas, then prevent side reactions with the solution through contact with air, and finally react with FeCl2 and convert FeCl2 into FeO. Except the reaction of FeCl2 with CO2, I did not find any other reaction to produce FeO. If my guess is wrong, please help me.

FeO% . The value obtained has to be multiplied by 100.
