I admire Professor's nobel prize work and I used the name as part of my company. So as I live my life, with the knowledge in mind, I should say that ultimately we shouldn't just dwell in unmeritocratic employment scheme, that is inhumane even though it is stable. I'm not saying right now people should lose their jobs, but take a forward outlook that... isn't it appropriate for humans to react to life as it is? With Professor's model we eventually would come to the economy that could afford JIT for labor and other non tangible products. You might say, how cruel, how cheap, in practice isn't cruelness and cheapness that people are experiencing right now. Logically it should be richer to be effective and efficient relative to the problem solved. How then shall we divide the spoils? Meritocracy... why are you afraid? The more Justice in the world the more creatures of Justice are to be taken care of, lack of meritocracy is not Just.
