That's really interesting about becoming a day insomniac because of your work schedule. I imagine the feelings would be different, the day noise is louder and full. I dunno, i'm just guessing: do you notice this difference? I remember night insomnia, the quiet, everyone else asleep which has its pros and cons: both liberating and lonely.
Oh yes, thank you. It is difficult, not because of the noise but mainly because of the light. When I finish working and there is a lot of light it makes me want to go walk around and enjoy my day but I need to sleep. The right way to do it is to find my balance and relax before I sleep. When I have days off I try to go back to living during the days until I have to work again. I do notice the difference, it has pros and cons too. I understand about night insomnia, I have had that many times in my life, I understand about liberating and lonely, but when you need to work or are not feeling great, it's awful.
oh yes, when you need to work it's hard. So it's the light, i expected that, i would have to wear a blindfold or something. Makes sense to want to relax before you sleep so you can see some of the day.
I have been through insomnia so many times in the past. I know the overthinking process too well; which keeps you awaken even more. Interesting poem :))
