i really appreciate the methodology and your approach. Simple and Precise and easy to follow. nevertheless the last equation used to determine U2 and V2 (ie 28(-0.48u2 -0.36V2), should have been 28(-0.48u2 + 0.36V2) instead. thank you.

Theta for element 2 is 143.13 degrees with respect to x right? so it must be "cos(theta)=-0.8 and sin(theta)=0.6"

Inverse is not required we have to find displacement which we can find by solving equations..

7:04 sir is that obvious that one node should touch horizontal node and another with vertical to assume that figure in 1st qudrant . And if we dont have figure which doesn't touches cant be taken as 1 quadrant sir pls clarify sir .

Y'all, could anyone remind me why we cross out the first, second, fifth, and sixth rows at 24:08? I understand that the columns are crossed out because we're distributing the fixed displacements but I may have missed why the rows are crossed out. My guess is that we're sort of ignoring the forces at Nodes 1 and 3, and can then assume that they equal 0, thus allowing us to cross out the corresponding rows, but I may be wrong Great video nonetheless. Appreciate it

Those rows and columns represent the node 1 and 3 (Fixed nodes). Since the displacement at fixed node is zero, those rows and columns are crossed out. Thank you

If the two rods were of different length, then how would the values outside the matrices be combined in the K = K1 +K2 equation? i.e if one did not have a value of 28x10^3 edit: nvm I figured it out. Thanks for making this tutorial, would be super lost without it :)
