Is this an appropriate place to talk?
Is this the right time to discuss on this matter
(c) Who am I to speak on this manner?
Am I qualified to speak like this?
What is my own credential?
Have they ask my opinion?
Do I know the full story to help?
(d) Why should I speak at all?
To remove their emotional disturbances
To allay the fear and anxiety they may have
To deescalate the problem, not to fix the problem
Not to highlight anyone’s faults but provide solutions
To remove any doubts and confusions without taking sides
Not to lump things and make it worst
To discuss that is relevant to solve the problem
By not judging but helping and promotion of harmony
By not naming and blaming people
By placing focus on the problem not people, gender etc.
(e)What is the objective of the speaking?
Speaking gently what is pleasant to the listeners’ ears that is truthful, accords with dharma and beneficial
My inner goodness should enhance the good not worsen
It should show the lack of anger and resentment
To make the speaker to facially express lack of aggression
To opens up a peaceful and friendly environment
To bring some order and balance the elements of all
