I agree... as a first responder... this whole album keeps me going... seeing chaos daily, being blamed for loss and having to deal with the emotional tolls that this line of work has, breaking benjamin helps always...
Favorite band, it's interesting to see someone listen to them for the first time and hear what I've been hearing for decades. His voice is incredible and his lyrics are more poetic than a straight forward story or event.
My favorite Breaking Benjamin song is "Angels Fall". Some other songs of Breaking Benjamin's I like are "Blow Me Away", "I Will Not Bow", "Far Away" (Ft. Scooter Ward), "Firefly", "Dear Agony", "Until The End", and "Polyamorous".
I’d definitely recommend the “trilogy”. Red Cold River Torn in Two Tourniquet In that order with the music videos. It’s a story. ‘Crawl’ and ‘Never Again’ are also some favorites of mine.
I first learned of this band, who's from Western PA, when I saw them at Star Lake with Disturbed. They've quickly become one of my favorites!!! I love that they still do videos so you can see their thought process behind! They and Disturbed perfect compliments to one another!!! You should do Disturbed "Hey You" (if you haven't). It was written, David said, to talk about the divisions in our country and how we let those dictating the conversations continue to control us abd pushing us to fight one another!!!
One of the most recent albums is really really good. There's a trio of videos that construct a story. Starting with "Red Cold River" (my personal fave), "Torn in Two" and finally "Tourniquet". The album is called Ember.
I would love to see a reaction to "Evil Angel" off of Phobia which has always been my favorite song from them by far with "Unknown Soldier" and "Crawl" right behind it but honestly they have so many songs that have helped me just get through life itself a lot of times!
Excellent song ❤️. I love BB. So many incredible songs Benjamin has such a great voice. I will be seeing them again AUGUST 24 touring with Alice in Chains in Tinley Park Illinois. Can't wait ❤️.
I've had it twice now...my aunt about 2 years ago died from brain cancer but it took her a week before passing...my grandma at 93 was in the hospital for about 2 weeks before she passed naturally 2 months ago...the longer it takes, the worse it really is 😪
Breaking Benjamin is one of my favorite bands ever! I love you're reaction. I would also love to see you react to the band Badflower. They are one of the most emotional, Less known (though becoming more known) bands I can think of. So many good songs but I'd definitely recommend Ghost (their most popular), Promise Me, Move Me, Family, and so many more!
One of the times I saw them live right before the last chorus they asked everyone to turn on their phone flash lights. Every house light was off and the whole place (Tabernacle Atl) was lit up. It was very cool moment.
Hey man i really appreciate your reaction to the songs I've watched from you. A lot of reactors are not even really focusing on the song or just don't take them seriously but you seem to respect the song and really try and take in the message and that makes me respect you.
I Like Many bands and alot of rock music and i can clearly say with confidence that Breaking Benjamin is the one i love most and Breath is the best song ever in my opinion Great reaction btw love your videos
one of the things i noticed when i watched this my time was some of the images used from the album(the finger tattoo, the head scan). another thing is that this band's song hit hard and feel relatable.
I know this video is 2 years old, but man you should really consider reacting to „Blackbird“ by Alterbridge, or „Cry of Achille“. These two songs had such a significant role in my life, I remember my dad singing them to me, though he was abusive. I still listen to these songs and I have my own really personal interpretations, but I’d love to see your interpretations. (Also side note, Red Cold River by Breaking Benjamin is amazing)
I know I haven't requested nor even commented on artists like this, but I like BB a lot, and many of the other bands like this. I like the emotion and the music, a lot. I like Alice in Chains, Shinedown, Seether, etc. I need to be in a kind of specific mood to listen to this kind of music I guess.
