Imagine when the playoffs roll around, the Chiefs have Pacheco and Hunt in the backfield, JuJu and DHop in the slot, Hollywood and Worthy on the outside, and Kelce and Gray outside the tackles. Plus Perine, CEH (?), Watson, Hardman, Fortson, and Wiley as change-of-pace options. That's a pretty damn good skill room even without Rashee Rice.
The usual experience of sports coverage is that a couple of questions are addressed and the most burning ones you have to piece together by watching multiple outlets -- you guys really did hit them *all* in this 30 minute segment -- extremely nicely done -- your place on my list of pods just jumped to the top! Thanks!
I. A bit surprised they went with an OLD guy, someone with injury concerns, and a guy that's not big on separation against man coverage... 🤔 So I'm a bit worried that dhop doesn't necessarily fix some of their problems .. but regardless I'm happy he's here
I really like Wacky Wednesdays because it is fun but rational analysis. HOWEVER, the random "Touchdown, Kansas City" popping out of the bushes to startle me is going to drive me away. I don't know if that is a glitch or if someone thinks it adds something but I find it incredibly irritating. Other than that, it's a great show!
Nobody commented on my assessment of sky staying on because the establishment doesn't want to admit he is a total BUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They just want him to catch a ball so his trade potential bumps up and they can get rid of him for some value. He has not been able to pass this very basic threshold.
I'm sorry, but this is irrational. He hasn't lived up to expectations but he HAS made some very big plays (including in critical playoff games) and he has given us snaps. No GM is going to hit 100% of the time but I'll take Veach's drafting over ANYBODY.
