According to a report from Cybersecurity Ventures, global losses from cybercrime are expected to reach $10.5 trillion by 2025, showing a significant increase compared to previous years. A report released by a news site shows that one of the banks in Indonesia also experienced a ransomware attack, a type of malicious software that blocks access to computer systems or data until a ransom is paid, resulting in losses of hundreds of millions and the theft of data from 15 million customers. "This attack not only causes financial damage but also impacts the reputation and public trust in the institution," the report states.
