Anas has never been fair in his dealings. He is just enriching himself deviously. He trapped people he doesn’t like and enemies of his friends just for personal gains. This was so clear in Nyentakye case. He just brought him down because his friends were against him.
Did Anas prove to the court that he was not blackmailing, entrapping people and doing selective justice? Was he able to prove Ken wrong? If he could not, then I don’t see why some people have problem with the judgement.

These people are very evil media. The question we all should be asking ourselves is, why didn't Anas aired that documentary since it was in 2009 he went on that undercover? Is it because he received that $100,000 dollars he claimed the scammers had payed him and even send $5,000 dollars to the state prosecutor and for that matter, their case was dropped. That’s the sad part to me. The rest did what they did for their selfish gain. Nyantakyi was projecting the image of Ghana. Most white guys are so corrupt too, but if their actions benefit their country, their laws mostly keep silent on them. We also crucify our own. Anas was doing selective justice to enrich himself. If Anas insulted or lied about Ken in a single word, and Ken with his loud mouth insulted or lied about Anas fifty times, does it make Ken guilty of defamation? Come on! Kennedy shows Ahmed suale on tv and tells people to beat him when they see it and he'll pay. Ahmed is shot dead by others a few days later. Do you not think kennedy should take part blame for Suale's demise with his irresponsible behavior my boss? I wont o as far as saying Kennedy killed Ahmed but he surely didnt help the matter at all. Anas would be speculative in making that statement, if he did and defamatory actually and I believe kennedy should counter sue. It still does not invalid Anas' claim of defamatory remarks by kennedy. Simple issue Ghanaians are beating about the bush in your own crimes act it states that in an event of bribery the giver and the taker are both guilty. Anas with all his so call investigative smartness couldn't take this into account before he went about exposing others. In any case did he go to court to get a warrant to conduct such investigation, he didn't and cannot because he's not police. Only police can attain a warrant to conduct such investigations for prosecution. Anas and his cohort (now the special prosecutor),etc must apologise to all their victims and be served with the same medicine 💊

Why wld the judge not ask for the full video presented by the defendant when it was contested by the plaintiff. Do we call this fairness. I think our corrupt officials in govt n people like nyantakyi wld now hve a field's day to corruption
