Do you recommend "tummy time' for newborns onwards please? This is a trend on social media and claims that it 'strengthens' a baby's back muscles helping them sit and stand? It is recommended by the National Childbirth Trust and the UK National health service. It seems counter-intuitive to autonomous developmental learning. Thank you for your response.
