Hi Catalyst University - great video. Are there any good stretches/ exercises that you would recommend I have struggled with OP and now ingenuial canal and ligament pain and imflammation from playing football/ soccer. Ive struggled with this for over 1 full year now and I am dying to get back to playing sports and running.

Can one (male) feel the Superficial inguinal ring on self-examination? If the ring is herniated and determined to now include small intestine protrusion, or a hernia that pops in & out at said ring; couldn't a remedy be to repair the superficial inguinal ring with sutures and avoid intrusive mesh's? Thank you.

So my hernia goes out in the scrotum. That is a indirect hernia and do you mean that it was waiting to give away ever since i was born and there is nothing that i did wrong to get it?

i have pain/irritation in this area for years, especially when doing exercises, and stretching does seem to make things worse. Its this and some super tightness in the thigh too. If anyone knows something that helps please lemme know
