The closest modern analogy seems to be a shoebill stork, those jaws so closely resemble the beak of that strange bird.

I admit, I scrolled through the comments looking to see if anyone made a joke about a crocoduck. As if time of writing this: none. Who was it that tried to make a case against evolution by saying there's no crocoduck? I remember it was a creationist and think it was on a show with Kirk Cameron, but my mind blanks on his name. Well, we now got a better image for the crocoduck.
