Why suddenly came out that your brother never been to US by the time the crime happened? Is that mean your whole family lying to people, trying to cover up the truth? if you guy's know the truth morally you all are guilty and responsible for the crime. Because in the first place if you are telling the truth why you have to make a story that your brother is in the usa when his not? could you please help us to understand?

I am curious to know if Hubert was going to school or was working for a company while living in the USA at the time of the massacre. If he had, his school/work attendance records could have been used to prove whether he had the time window opportunity to sneak back to the Philippines illegally & then illegally returned to the states after committing the murder. All and all, I think he is probably innocent.
