I have a question..if I want to direct this reiki energy from this video or any of your other ones..then how do I do that? Do I need a crystal? If so what kind and do I place it on their photo or name next to the video playing? Please answer this if you can. Also, if you know a good place where I can purchase authentic gemstones that would be great..maybe provide a link.
