some people prefer to lock suspension when riding on flat surface and then unlock it when they go offroad.

Thanks for both of your comments. (I still haven't heard back from Ancheer!) I still have to go over railroad track crossing and piss-poor sidewalks as well as ramps going up & down sidewalks. So, really it's probably more bumpy than going off-road!!!😁
