Sir, The Example you Gave in Reciprocal anchorage. In case of midline diastema What about the teeth root ? Dont the tipping occurs? as you are applying FORCE Pressure on the both central incisor.

Hi Dr. What's up? I have a case of CL 1 with sever crowding.. I had to extract 3 of premolars teeth (4) except the upper rigth side.. I extracted the (5)..because it was with heavy filling.. I was able from tracting the (3) in all the three quadrants on a rectangular wire and put a stopper In front of the bands to get more anchorage ..and I got CL 1 relationship.. but the upper (4) didn't move.. instead the (6) came mesially.. I changed the wire to round to inhance the sliding movement with no improvmet.. please your kind opinion. 🌹🌹🙏🙏
