This is the way animals and humans can communicate and change each others nervous systems, for example by bodylanguage. I wonder if we can find a rudimentary equivalent in plants ?
Can this work for people going through benzodiazapine (prescribed) taper:withdrawal. I’m going through benzo wd & my nervous system is in chronic sympathetic and the slightest thing can throw me into debilitating anxiety (FFF).
I have troubels with regularized anxiety how is it going away please my body always giving the whole day that i need to flight or i am there but not there
Try chanting or singing , dance to some music, different types, let the body move without thoughts, or try breath work to calm you.... Either with Deepak or someone else you may connect with. Smile at everything about yourself, even if you don't feel like it.... gradually it will shift and change. 🧚♀️ 🌟
