The video should indicate what the reason for the anchor system is. Perhaps a sketch and description of what the end result will be.

I don't get it. Is gravity pulling the anchor off the boat? Is the back sloped?

why don't you use tripping hooks and chain? keeps the guys away from the stern and much safer?

chain should have been positioned between both pins when disconnecting. tripping hooks / suitcase release much safer than man handling. 👍
