Caroline was delightful! I could listen to her expound the secrets of simulating ancient cooking for hours on end. Thank you for making this video available! It has stirred up quite a few dormant ideas in my head :)
While this is 5 years old I would like to add as a presenter it would be more engaging for your audience if you dressed in the period you are investigating. Then you could relate how the layers go on, how it feels to wear, how warm, what the fabric is like against your skin etc.
@@jasonm625 Yeah, most people don't really like wasting the blood of food unless you're apart of some abrahamic religion. My tribe the Navajo used blood to make blood sausage. That was before some missionaries came and converted them. Some people in my family still do it.
