I love this show! Simcha is the best and I love his sense of humor. My favorite is when he makes a joke and it seems like more than half of his jokes either go over the person's head or they just don't have a funny bone in their body hahahaha They have the most puzzled look on their face lol it's so funny.
Yes I'm a fan of Simcha also. These are great shows if you take them for what they are....Entertainment. This show is to archeology, what ancient aliens is to science or what hardcore pawn is to antiques 👍🏻
I have been on a Simcha Jacobovici binge watch for the past week and into today :-). Among all this at minute 23:05 is a "This is the Place" image. The man in the middle is Brigham Young representing the amateurs, "the unsung heroes of the trade". Fascinating.
🔑 "far too busy to find things" 2nd 🔑 (ego minded arrogance, jealousy, and general frustration of those whom desire notoriety) - (the training and education always adds to the value, yet it is One's own self confidence, self thoughts, and self expectations that the true stars are successful. - based on Quantum Physics, "Universal Law of Attraction") - my words *The Home is a dream experience, it must be so exciting to live on and with Archaeology.*
I am a little bit shy to say I think I may be falling for this guy. I find myself addicted to listening to him report and explain things. He has a sexy mind!
Finky Fink is a salaried employee, what is his incentive to go and find anything? I love Simcha's humor and chutzpah when dealing with an obstructionist. His humor melts away the all knowing façade of an a complacent archeologist, and allows breathing room for others. So far the Bedouins have hit a home run, and the Israel Antiquities are only getting pot shards with annual two week free untrained American student labor.
Snobbery remains a hindrance to progress in human societies, be that in the field of academics or social engineering. But it is useful in preserving special privilege for a few and, I suppose that's good enough for us all, the snobs think. Thank you, Simcha, for being the naked archaeologist.
I feel like that ring is not a key but it effects to a wheel where they put it on her finger and it can help them spin the wheel with hands like a gear with teeth.
My kids find stuff like pottery pots parts all the time. My husband grew up in old Jerusalem he knows many places like caves and mikva he played in as a kid, he even found a skull once and the kids just played with it, the police closed all this places, but they are still there under the streets
I don't think so, I've seen a couple that express the subject of Paul and in a sense of his story vs other interpretations. Try through Search of: Naked Archaeologist, Paul Here on RU-vid
I would love for that couple to employ me to classify and inventorise those archaeological finds. What if some kind of disaster stuck their home-God forbid. How would they account for their assets (Archaeological finds from would be foreign archaeologist/amateur robbers)
Rule #1 in construction excavation is if you dig anything up smash it and bury it and dont tell anyone about it.. or like they said they will shut the job down.
I want to thank u for even put n into better contest my views, I doubt if we ever meet I will not for the life of me b able to pronounce your name ,,, but I think of u in the most highest regard, u can bring the science side with DNA put n dropped mouths world wide, joining each together the mystery that's no more, &give my best regards ps - also there's a big picture & a smaller but personal meaning at the same word ( the woman n Rev CHP 12 who does exist literally, smaller pic & big picture new Jerusalem which I must say a temple 1500miles long ,wide &tall ,, yeah I'd say pretty big
I've never heard a more arrogant person speak on Israeli archaeology than 'Israel Finklestein'. I've listened to him on other interviews and it was enough to blow my brains out the window! Seriously...? Finkelstein: "Almost every square metre has been checked and dug up and they have found very little!" Whichever stone you pick in Jerusalem has a story to tell Mr Finklestein!!!!
Read "The Valediction of Moses" by Idan Dershowitz. 3000 year old proto Deuteronomy is about 5 pages, not 34 Chapters, and proves Judaism massively altered their records. Only to be followed up with "The Origins of Judaism" by Adler, that proves many more problems. Jews who think their "Torah" is inviolate are only deluding themselves - and the same goes for "Christians". Onediscipletoanother Organization
Jealous is a good word because they didn't discover it. For the so called true Archaeologist it's less awwww( being sarcastic) they could have gotten props. Come on Build a Bridge and get over it.
I have a mum who claims she is jewish, mind no rituals are followed. This is a great series as truthful as possible . But this area has a brutal past and l wonder how a deity would be worshipped here.
Being a seeker of Absolute Truth, I truly enjoy the research the Naked Archaeologist offers. But, I find all the silly humour and humour videos annoying and distracting. A bit of 'dry' humour, now and then is ok., but these discoveries that are being shared with us are IMPORTANT, often HOLY & SACRED! So enough please of all the silliness and skits. Please just keep focused on the great work that you are "unearthing" and cease with all the distracting comedy! Thank you.
