Demre is a town on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey, it's also the Lycian town of Myra but perhaps most surprisingly it's where Saint Nicholas aka Santa Claus spent most of his life.

🐢 Beach with the caretta caretta turtles
Çayağzı Plajı (Google marker also showed Andriake Beach but we're pretty sure it's Çayağzı beach). You can find the caretta caretta sea turtles right at the far end of the beach. There are also a number of places to eat along the waterfront next to the road.
