Mesa Verde National Park is a unique park in that it is dedicated to educating people on the way of life of the early Ancestral Puebloans that once inhabited this area for over 700 years. From pit houses atop mesas, to literal cities built in the side of cliffs that housed around 100 people. This park has everything a history buff could want to see, as well as a really incredible hike or two. Colorado has been full of some pleasant surprises so far and I'm excited to see what else this state has to offer! Thank you all for watching... I feel like this video contained EXTRA goof, so thank you all for putting up with me as long as you have. I really can't stop. Til next time!

Your vulture impersonation was perfect! 😂 Thanks for another great video. It’s my favorite so far. On a serious note, it is fascinating that people could live in the cliffs like this. Amazing.

This video is how I found you as I searched for Mesa Verde National Park. I went on a solo cross country trip many years ago and Mesa Verde has always been my favorite! I have a longing to revisit, and needed to see exactly what you have shown us in this video! Also, your sense of humor cracks me up “use me as a reference point” 😂 THANK YOU SO MUCH!

That’s how I just found her too. I visited MV in the mid to late 1960’s. I was curious to see how much was on RU-vid !

I am in fact a time traveler. Like Billy Pilgrim in " Slaughter House 5 ", you are our window to the real America. It's still alive with efforts such as yours. Nobody was slouchin back there, back then. They're not gone ! You are their eyes and words.

Idk, hogon’s (traditional Navajo homes) had mud and log roofs, held up years, withstanding the elements. Years before needing repairs. My grandpa built hogans. I remember going years before needing touch ups.

Angie goes to a new place. BEST PLACE EVER! I'm laughing with you, not at you! I feel the same way. There is so much to see here in the US and I'm glad you are taking us there!

Isn't Mesa Verde that one company in the show about that one bald chemist? 🤭That looks really cool though! You being a time traveler wasn't as surprising as I thought it would be. Makes sense since you were at the time traveler's party last week... Amazing stuff as always, can't wait to see where you end up next!

Thank you for taking us on this tour Angie 😊. Really interesting facts. If, for one day only, we could go back in time and experience their lifestyle. Once again, the views...😍. Thanks for the giggles too !! 😀

I was there in 1966/67. I remember seeing a mummified boy in the museum, and I got to go inside on of the rounded rooms with a round hole in the ceiling. I was a kid but I do remember being fascinated walking around & looking!!
