This man's English is perfect why have the producers used subtitles?

There are many scholars, anthropologist, and egyptologist. Many world renowned historians that have visited Kemet and have been overwhelmed with the question. who, what, when, where and why. Sharing their thoughts and interpretation, theories and religious and spiritual views. Yet they refuse to say that it is, and was the Afrikan of Ancient Ethiopia, Sudan, Nubia and Egypt that has given civilization to the world we know today. All those scholars have passed, yet they left us their knowledge to research and know the difference between truth and lies.
