When I had my yard at Altham we did quite a lot of business on part-worn tyres (although the rules have tightened up a bit since) and also got new tyres from BITS which was another income stream.
Benelli Tornado??? I paid an extra 2,000 Thai Baht in massage parlour for that service. I was sore for a month 😂😂😂😂😂 Loved the calm business chat as a business owner myself. Not that I don't love your bellend antics 😂. I lost everything due covid. People don't understand the stresses, strainers and mental fortitude needed. First in last out no wages and there the good weeks. Mental health always tested. Love to all ❤

Always enjoy watching your videos and enjoy you discussing the plans that you have for the business. I was self employed for nearly 30 years before retiring and wouldn't have had it any other way, even with the ups and downs , it's a big learning curve and I have never regretted it, and you get a nice satisfaction to think you have done something that you have wanted to do and it hasn't worked out too bad ,so keep up the good work and.what's important the banter 😉😉👍👍

There’s a mint Yamaha RD 125 LC (1982 Tax Exempt) for sale on that site that rhymes with Tebay for £1,200. Remove the fairing and put on some drop bars for the cafe racer look. Perfect first bike,quick and handles well.

If he's going for an Italian 125 bike then go for an old Aprilia RS125 2 stroke. It's going to blow up like every Italian bike does, but not as often as the others and you can get parts for them quite easily, plus it's a proper rapid little bike with the powervalve kit and de-restricted ECU and it handles really well!
Only issue I had with mine was I melted the rings ‘cause I was frapping it without letting it warm up ‘cause I wanted to get home ‘cause it was cold and I was hungry

Those Benelli bikes use Qianjiang engines and are not fully powered 125's. Find an older 125 from early 2000's as they often have way more bhp then the 15bhp limit on most new ones. You can then sell them for the same as you paid. China bikes are work about 1/4 price after 2 years. I had an rs125 that had 25bhp. As long as its a 125 the power is never checked. Those Benelli are totally Chinese. They get imported to Italy and assembled to avoid import tariffs. Yamaha WR125 is a beast for having fun on. mt125 or gsx 125 will hold the value and smoke any tnt
I work Pouring CONCRETE here in DUBLIN IRELAND and make sure you get FIBER MESH in the Concrete you can get different types from one's like little hairs others one's that are about the size of a Matchstick made from Steel and you can get one's made from Plastic but if I was you I whould Go for the Steel one's because for what you are going to be doing on it going to make it 100 times stronger and stop it chipping and bracking. Cost more but it will last for a 1000 years. You might be able to buy them yourself Cheaper and put them into the concrete truck and Mix it in you whould put about 1000 of these little Matchstick size bits of steel or plastic per Cubic Metre they come in Boxes or Bags so you don't have to count them just Dump them in and give it a Good Mix for 5 minutes

Do the back half of cement in 2 section's and the front half try to do it in smaller sections to reduce the amount of money out at a time might take longer but less risk ✌️🤔
I think for the size of our yard and the good rates we are getting on haulage or probably wouldn’t be worth it right now but if we can get more space we would look into it
I've bought wheels and tyres from breakers yards over the years, last one I got had a good brand of tyre on with 7mm of tread. If someone can't spell boring and tonne correctly they have no place trolling you John.
